Design and fit out of a penthouse in the historical setting of Borough Market.

The project comprised the creation of a 3 bedroomed duplex apartment with the living area being accomodated within a glazed rotunda offering dramatic views over the Thames and towards the city.

A feature glass and timber curved staicase was designed to provide access between the bedrooms and living levels. This hi-spec apartment was fitted with a fully integrated state of the art sound, vision and lighting control systems.

The internal finishes were largely natural stone cladding to bathrooms, imported black American walnut flooring, polished plaster walls and a generous provision of bespoke joinery.
